"A Baltimore school tutor has been relieved of his duties after he attacked one of the students in care. The 7-year-old boy suffered severe injuries from a fractured jaw, and loosing two teeth. .

According to KTLA, 25-year-old Timothy Randall Korr has been charged with multiple counts of felony child abuse. He claims he removed the Trayvon Grayson from the classroom because he was acting up.
 He said that while he was escorting the young man out of the room he lost his balance and the boy “hit himself” on the wall but the mom isn’t buying that. . .
 “He can’t throw himself into the wall and fracture his jaw and lose his teeth,” she said. “He’s only 7 years old. He’s so small he’s not going to do the damage to himself After further investigation detectives determined that the tutor was lying and they charged him."
