"AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL 20 YEAR OLD NIGERIAN GIRL,CELEBRATES 7 YEARS OF BEEN AN AMPUTEE .

She shared the photo on her Page and wrote👇 "TODAY I STILL REJOICE! Happy anniversary to me! Today makes it the 7th year of my survival. I shall rejoice during the month of November because this is the month that I had my right leg amputated. :-) When God decided that I can be a better person than what I thought I might have been. November - the month when I stepped into the gravel road, it was never easy; the pain, tears, heartbreak, torture, depression and all the negative vices you can imagine. After accepting myself for who I am, today I know happiness, love, care, faith, hope, strength and vision with a purpose to be alive because I never gave up. I was not cursed but God chose me to be His living testimony. He made it a point that I am different from majority. Look at me 7 years later, I am a queen and I have been positive. I am 20 years old, I am a confident young woman. I believe that disability is attitude. I believe I'm no difference from any woman and I cannot be defined less than that. Basically, I choose not to be defined by my challenges. So in my 7 years as an amputee, I have learned to have self-love, my clutches are my best accessories. I always have my beautiful smile as my make-up. :-D It defines me before the world. It is the voice to my silence. I see so much faith in myself and it scares me. To think of where I have been and where I am going makes me emotional. I will change the world tomorrow! I am happy with or without a limb!!
FOOTNOTE:  That something wonderful is going to happen even with all the ups and downs.
Never take a day for granted.  Cherish the little things and hug the ones you love.
No pain, no gain.  I believe we are all bound to face challenges and when they come, we have got to be strong.

Wonders shall never seize to happen in this country nigeria....

You can leave Nigeria if you have another country - Buhara tells Nigerians .

Pres. Buhari has said that any Nigerian who has another country to go should be allowed to go there. The Senior Special to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, in a statement, quoted Buhari as saying this while meeting with stakeholders from the Niger Delta region. . . The presidential aide quoted Buhari as saying that his government was determined to make life comfortable and affordable to all Nigerians. "If anybody has a country to go to, let him go, we will stay here and salvage our country,” the president was quoted to have declared. . .
Shehu said the high-level meeting with leaders and other stakeholders was to seek ways to end the militancy and the sabotage of oil infrastructure in the Niger Delta region. . .
He noted that Buhari pitched a vision of unity and progress for the country in which peace reigns and said peace, security, investment and prosperity are linked together.
“If we give peace a chance, investors will come here to invest. Nobody will invest in an insecure environment,” the president said to have also noted."

Man Arrested For Raping And Impregnating His 15-Year-Old Stepdaughter. .

A 40-year-old man, Victor Emafolomi, has been detained by the police for allegedly raping his wife’s daughter, Keji. It was learnt that the suspect was apprehended on Sunday by the police from the Agbado division after the mother of the victim reported the case. Keji (pseudonym) lived with her mother and Emafolomi on Olukososi Street, Jafa, Agbado, in the Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State. Emafolomi was said to have raped Keji on two occasions in October, threatening to kill her if she informed her mother. It was gathered that the first time she was raped, Keji was at a shop where she was learning hairdressing within the community when her stepfather called her on the telephone to come home to prepare lunch for him. While the teenager was immersed in the cooking, Emafolomi reportedly descended on her and dragged her into the bedroom. She said, “That afternoon, he was drunk. He beat me up when I resisted. I explained to him that he was like a father to me, but he didn’t listen. He used a pillow to cover my mouth and raped me. He said he would kill me if I told my mother about the rape. “Two days after, he had sex with me again. That evening, he beat me up because I insisted that I would tell my mother when she came back from work. He went out and came back with two men after about 30 minutes. The men stared at me and left. He said they would be monitoring my movement and that if I reveal what he did to me, they would kill me.” Our correspondent gathered that the suspect left home after the second encounter and did not return until about two weeks later. “Before the incident, he had warned a boy called Owolabi to stay away from me because he didn’t want us to have a relationship,” Keji added. Keji’s mother, Taiwo, who told PUNCH Metro said she was abreast of the time her daughter usually menstruated, said she became worried last Tuesday, October 24, when Keji did not do so. “I took her to a clinic in our area and it was confirmed that she was pregnant. I begged her to tell me who impregnated her, but she refused,” Taiwo said."

My Late Husband Battled With An Illness For 15 Years” – Patience Ozokwor

Seasoned Nollywood actress, Patience Ozokwor in a recent chat with Lanre Odukoya spoke on how different she was from her movie roles and her husband’s battle with an ailment for 15 years before his death. Read below: On Movies That Moved Her To Tears You want to know the one that moved me to tears about my characters? There are characters I’d played in movies and after watching them back at home, I just thanked God it wasn’t me- it was a character. Nearly all the movies where I played wicked roles made me cry because I remember what that character had done to somebody. I do these jobs to the best of my knowledge because I want to sit down at home, watch and cry over what I’m doing to people. There was a movie I did many years ago, it was titled Prophecy- what moved me to tears in that movie was that I was so wicked that I seized feeding bottle from the mouth of a new-born baby who lost his mother and I was supposed to be taking care of the baby. The baby was crying, I seized his feeding bottle and threw it away. I wept profusely, the director stopped shooting until I was able to control myself. Then I summoned courage to continue. If someone had done it in real life, I would have exposed the fellow to the world to see. There was another one where I went to take my sister’s daughter from the village, what I did to the girl, if any human being can do it to a fellow human being, I don’t know what God would do to that person in turn. I met her in the kitchen, beat her so much that she fell down the stairs, rolled down and died from broken head and pains all over. I’d been playing wicked roles but those two movies are exceptionally horrible. I doubt that any human being would do that to anyone. You didn’t say anything about your husband… Oh, he was a mechanical engineer, he was a civil servant in Enugu, he was sick for a long time, for more than 15 years and he died, he passed on in 2002."
