Amodu Shuaibu’s Fidau prayer to hold Saturday

The family of the late Shuaibu Amodu, has announced that the 8th day Fidau prayer for the former Technical Director of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), will hold this Saturday, June 18.

Amodu passed on in his sleep last Saturday and was buried the same day in his home town, Okpella in Edo State.

The Fidau prayer will hold at his Surulere, Lagos residence from 10am.

Amodu qualified the Super Eagles for the 2002 and 2010 FIFA World Cups and won two Africa Cup of Nations bronze medals, in a four-time stint with the national team.
