From @modupeozolua ・・・ I asked the @empower54 team in Borno to send updates on the children we evaciated with the Borno State gov from Bama. When i got Baby Hadiza's picture (on the right) yesterday, i had to call to reconfirm it was the same baby my son and i carried and cried because she was only bones. The answer was "Yes ma! Look you see that's her mother carrying her?!" I was so happy, i cried and thank God! Again the Governor of Borno, Kashim Shettima, MUST be thanked because if he had not demanded the evacuation of those children to Maiduguri, they would be dead and NO ONE would be talking about Bama today! Way forward: we have to establish 4 nutrition centres in remote parts of Borno. We need partners for consistent medical supplies for malnutrition treatment. Who is with us in making this happen?
