It's really sad that things detoriated under this new government. Where exactly are we going? Should we continue to pretend and act like all is well? With all that is going on,it is very disbelieving to hear suffering citizens that this administration is doing the most wonderful job.I chatted with a friend about the situation of the country and her response was shocking to me.Here was what she said( As long as I have the money to spend Nigeria can go to hell) and am pretty sure that a lot of us out there still think in this direction.
The prime minister of Britain,David Cameron, Said that Nigeria is fantastically corrupt. Our president agreed to it without defending the country. At least Mr president being the first citizen of the country could have defended the country citing himself as an example because he has being denoted as the most uncorrupt Nigerian.
When they need our votes they give us all sort of promises, thereafter they have succeeded our opinion no longer counts. Examples can be seen in increase of fuel price same as increase of electricity tariff.#15 to # 30,though the lawmakers had supposedly refused to pass the tariff bill.
The past administration was "tagged" incompetent, while the present administration is dropping the ball in all ramifications.
So where should we go from here? Should we advocate for a younger generation to rule us,rather than this old politicians that cannot deliver on their promises.
